Complementarity is key in any #teamwork. When it comes to gaining a better understanding of the team's strengths, challenges and growth points, where do you look and what approach do you take? Among others, I have very good experiences with the #strengthsfinder, the #belbin model of functional team roles as well as the rank dynamics model and find them regularly useful in very different kinds of teams and team contexts.
