Together with my colleague Marcus Splitt I have started to write a book about the „leadership of everyone“ (intentionally reminiscent of Mary Follett's early thinking). Like her we view leadership as an everyday activity we all are engaged in.
Whether we are leading our lives, our conversations or the social complex of a team, an organization or a business - we believe it’s all down to the same foundational principles of cocreating our social worlds in interaction.
The approach we take based in systems theory, the art of dialogue and organizational aesthetics. I know this sounds unusual and we believe it is.
